Bond Angles
The bond angles which comprise epinephrine are 120 degrees. The benzene ring is composed of 6 carbons, which form a hexagon. This hexagonal arrangement of atoms creates bond angles of 120 degrees. The oxygen hydrogen "arms" which extend from the benzene ring are bent, and form 120 degree angles as well. The linear section at the bottom of the benzene ring is composed of other bent structures with 120 degree bond angles.
